Apparently anyone can steal ideas from popular TV shows and make it funny. I shoul dhave video proof later in the week. But basically I spent my weekend entertaining a crowd by embarassing my friends with whose line games on a stage. For the record playing the part of drew carey was not my plan. I fully intended to hand everything over to kevin and jack. But kevin said I was the best qualified since I knew what was going on. I'm sorry let me back up. We put on an event this weekend for Sercypaa. Sercypaa is the south east regional conference of young people in AA. We do these to raise money so we can hold the conference. Usually we just do dances but we tried something different this weekend. My sponser has always wanted to produce a sketch comedy show so he had the idea to do an improv night/Chili Cookoff. I spent some time looking up games from whose line and watching clips on you tube. When it came down to it I ended up on stage playing the part of one drew carey. The night went great. It was pretty much 40 minutes of non stop laughter. Which is amazing because non of us realy knew what was going on or this was even going to work. The whole thing came off great though. Hopefully the video will come out and we can sell some dvds. |

If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now, even if we don't speak often, please post a comment with a memory of you and me. It can be anything you want, either good or bad.
When you're finished, post this little paragraph on your blog and be surprised (or mortified) about what people remember about you.
